Well, I sure screwed this one up

Hi gang -

I owe you all a mea culpa.

I’m an entrepreneur too, and like all entrepreneurs, sometimes my enthusiasm gets the better of me and I end up getting some things wrong, things that I should not get wrong.

Case in point: When I first put up the page for the One Person Empire Accelerator, I was so busy and excited telling you everything that was in it that I failed to clearly explain the most important thing:

Exactly how are we going to build your One Person Empire together?

That’s a fairly important question, and a pretty dumb thing to overlook. 😀

So yesterday I did what I’ve been telling entrepreneurs to do for years. I listened. I looked at what wasn’t working, and I went back to work.

And then something really interesting happened.

In fixing and rewriting the page, I made the program significantly better. It became clearer, more concrete, and I became clearer about the transformation I am committed to creating for my tribe.

I truly believe in the One Person Empire, and I want that for you.

If you saw the page yesterday, you know that while it was sure full of facts and details, it was missing the important stuff: your vision, the business I’m committed to helping you create, and exactly what that business could look like.

So, as I reworked it, I got much clearer about the five things I believe you actually need to build a successful One Person Empire:

• One business you love.

• One offer they love.

• Multiple profit centers.

• One crazy-reliable customer acquisition system.

• AI humming in the background, helping make your One Person Empire possible.

THESE are the foundation of a great business. And this is what we are going to build, together.

The other thing I realized is that you don’t need more business information. There’s enough of that online to last several lifetimes.

What you need is an easy, doable plan. Feedback when you get stuck. Someone to prod you, poke you, challenge you, encourage you, and help you figure out what to do next.

Implementation and inspiration, not information.

THAT is the One Person Empire Accelerator.
